Course Listings

Dyncamically retrieve a list of courses from Axcelerate and choose from a range of themes and layouts.

Course type lists displays a list of the various courses that you offer. Course lists are typically accessed by website users after clicking on a navigation option such as ‘Courses’ or ‘Qualifications’ or sometimes ‘Short Courses’.

Course Details

Course Details pages provide a website visitor (‘user’) with an outline of the course, qualification or program.

Course Details typically include a summary, target audience, content, units to be covered, RPL option, study pathway, etc. With Course Details pages, you have the option for your details page to be created and stored in WordPress (which would be the case if you have an existing WordPress website) as a ‘static’ page OR you can create and store the course details page content in aXcelerate and have it served up ‘dynamically’ when used.

Class Instance Lists

Dynamically retrieve a list of classes for any Course or Workshop.

A Course instance list is a list of all the instances, intakes or scheduled events of the same course type. A course instance list will typically have the course name, locations, scheduled start dates, number of places available and a function to enable users to enrol into a specific instance.

Enrolment forms designed for AVETMISS compliance

2 custom enrolment forms, 2 default enrolment forms and 1 enquiry form, designed to collect the information you need for compliance and an array of useful data. Extensible to suit your needs.

The Online Enrolment feature Essential Enrolments comes with two (2) pre-configured enrolment forms to be used any way you like as well as an enquiry form. The two pre-configured enrolment forms cover the following basic enrolment types:

  1. Enrolments into a Short Course (also known as a ‘Workshop’)
  2. Enrolments into a Qualification (which would typically have more steps and form fields); &

It is assumed that, for the most part, users enrolling into either Short Courses or Qualifications will be required to enter AVETMISS data/details. For enrolments into either accredited short courses or full qualifications, these pre-configured enrolment forms include all the necessary data fields to be AVETMISS compliant.

A single enrolment form consists of the following elements:

  1. Steps - These are separate form ‘sections’ of the enrolment process with specific fields
  2. Fields - These are used by the user to enter data or select an option (e.g. ‘Gender’)
  3. Actions - These are buttons that the user selects to make choices during the enrolment
